Comprehensive Evaluation = $225 (includes start of treatment program)

Follow-up sessions = $180*

Please visit our insurance page to view the current list of insurance companies we are in-network with. If we are considered an "Out of Network" provider, we will bill you directly for services. After your statement is paid in full, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Ready to pay a bill? We accept credit card payments, as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) when making a payment.
