Comprehensive Evaluation & Treatment Session
Using a secure video conferencing platform a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan is designed to be performed in the convenience of your own home.
We will provide easy-to-use electronic forms and instructions for you to fill out so our providers can better understand your overall health and history of symptoms.
60 minute time reserved for video conference
This will vary based on how well treatment is working, time and resources needed by you after initial evaluation.
Generally 1-4 follow-up sessions may be necessary over a 2-3 month period to ensure full resolution of symptoms and independence for management of your condition. This will be determined after initial evaluation.

Please contact us below for more information about having Vestibular Therapy Specialists come to you for services in your home, office, school or other location.
We offer baseline screens for balance and concussion management as well as group classes for Vestibular Therapy education and treatment.
Payments for our sessions are made using a secure online payment platform called Square. Price and reimbursements for care may be adjusted at our provider's discretion.
We are not currently contracted with insurance providers and plans. This means you will be asked to pay in full and at your request we can provide you with the appropriate paperwork to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for an "out of network" provider service.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE
IN CLINIC SESSIONS
We use VisualEyes Infrared Video Frenzel Goggles to assess nystagmus (eye movement) to properly diagnose an inner ear disorder.
Since the eyes and the ears talk to one another, these goggles allow us to be most effective with our evaluation and determine best treatment plan.
